SOCIAL CIRCLE, GA. – The Carroll Daniel Construction team joined Social Circle City Schools leaders, teachers, faculty, students, and community members for a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the new Social Circle Elementary School, which will replace both the current Social Circle Elementary and Social Circle Primary School. The new 100,000+ SF building will open in the fall of 2025 and serve grades PreK-6.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Social Circle City Schools’ Superintendent Dr. Carrie Booher shared remarks of excitement around the new school’s campus, along with Social Circle Board of Education Vice-Chair Sabrina Sanford-Flint, Social Circle Elementary School Principal Dr. Maria Hargrove, Social Circle Mayor David Keener, and Chris Erwin from Carroll Daniel Construction.
