Project Overview

Carroll Daniel Engineering was engaged by Duracell to complete a detailed programming and conceptual study to set the direction for a complex, multi-phased expansion. Carroll Daniel Engineering worked closely with Duracell and the selected contractor early to establish an accurate cost for the projected work. Carroll Daniel Engineering completed the final design for the project.

The work included 70,000 SF addition for shipping and warehousing, 8,000 SF addition to existing Spun Zinc facility for immediate installation of third system (and plans for fourth system), addition of new larger plant kitchen/dining facility and numerous projects associated with central plant/utilities, parking, entrances and onsite recycling.
