Strengthening Relationships to Meet Unique Needs
As a leading manufacturer of high-quality composite overwrapped pressure vessels (COPV) for gas storage, Hanwha Cimarron partnered with Carroll Daniel to construct multiple buildings to fit the diverse needs of their production and distribution process. The unique specifications of each building required coordinating highly-specialized subcontractors – many of whom were employed directly by the owner. Carroll Daniel’s project team was able to work efficiently with both the highly specialized subcontractor base and the strong local subcontractor base in Opelika, Alabama to ensure optimal planning and scheduling efficiency. This project was a prime example of project partnership leading to success.
Building Job Opportunities
Hanwha Cimarron was built near several other large manufacturing facilities in Opelika, Alabama. The construction of this new plant provided additional opportunities for not only the City of Opelika but also the surrounding communities in Alabama. Carroll Daniel was proud to be a part of building a facility that employed local workforce during the construction and resulted in over 260 new jobs for the region.
