Shaping Futures and Building Success

Osborne High School
The Osborne High School Rebuild project included the phased demolition and replacement of approximately half of the existing buildings on campus, as well as renovations to the interiors of the remaining buildings on campus.
Alliance Academy for Innovation + New Parking Deck
The Alliance Academy for Innovation is Forsyth County Schools’ first STEM high school. A second phase of construction included adding a three-story parking deck to the active and occupied campus.
East Forsyth High School
Carroll Daniel continued its partnership with Forsyth County Schools to construct the new East Forsyth High School, a 431,366 SF education facility and athletic complex that can accommodate 2,125 students.

Cherokee High School

An aerial view of the 88-acre Cherokee High School job site. This project is a ground up replacement school for Cherokee County School District’s existing Cherokee High School. The +/- 474,000 SF project is comprised of five main buildings — all designed to house 3000 9th-12th grade students. The site also includes an artificial turf football stadium with grandstands and locker rooms, baseball, softball, and practice fields, and tennis courts.

Lakeside High School

Big things are happening at Lakeside High School! Carroll Daniel Construction is partnering with Columbia County School District on a 128,984 SF renovation buildout and 150,792 SF addition to Lakeside High School in Evans, GA. Our teams have been working on expanding the front and rear parking lots and have begun foundation work for the new Performing Arts building. Stay tuned for more progress on this incredible project!

New Mission Road Elementary School

The project team at the New Mission Road Elementary School has been busy installing 157 precast panels over the last three weeks. This 103,119 SF replacement elementary school for Bartow County School System is set to open its doors in August 2024.

East Hall High School

Carroll Daniel has continued its partnership with Hall County Schools on additions and renovations to East Hall High School. Totaling 90,000 SF of new construction and 20,000 SF of renovations, this project will provide the growing high school with additional classroom space and a remodeled administration area.

Monthly meetings were held on-site with Carroll Daniel’s site-based project team of superintendents and project managers which fostered an excellent exchange of ideas and communication that helped guarantee a successful project. Gwinnett County Public Schools considers this new school facility project a massive success, and we all look forward to working with Carroll Daniel Construction again in the future.
